Danny Ings opened the scoring for the host. Heung-Min Son levelled matters for the Lilywhites. Two goals were scored on the first half. The visitors took the lead through Heung-Min Son. Heung-Min Son extended the lead for Lilywhites. Heung-Min Son completed his haul for the visitors. Harry Kane added his name on the scoresheet for the Lilywhites.
