The Glamour boys senior players have received criticism over the past five years.
Pollen Ndlanya strongly believe that Chiefs couldn't rebuild without senior players , however feels there's a need for a change in terms of mindset and understanding their role in the team moving forward.
" I think they are still needed there. You can't rebuild without senior players " Ndlanya told the Siya crew.
"I would like to see them playing a role of leadership and helping young players . When i joined Chiefs , i was welcome by senior players the likes of Neil Tovey and others. They made it easy for us ".
The former Chiefs striker says those extensios are their last chance to rebuild trust and make sure when they leave , they are always remembered as heroes who contributed at Chiefs.
