Watch Galaxy hold Cape Town City in four-goal thriller

Wayde Lekay scored the much-needed equalizer for the TS Galaxy in a 2-2 draw in the DStv Premiership against Cape Town City at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on Saturday.

The final result leaves 2 golf clubs in 13th and 9th place in the 2021/22 league category respectively and the Rockets are now more than just a matter of relegation.

Healthy people were given the opportunity to fly with dreams within the first 3 minutes.

Mduduzi Mdantsane shot the assistants in the first minute in good health. Fagrie Lakay weaved a long ball from Taariq Fielies to the side of a flexible midfielder who provided a fine finish for the residents to come out on top.

The Galaxy hit back a few minutes later focusing on its game as Mxolisi Macuphu continued to score for City.

A short attack threw Mthobisi Mngomezulu to the post and he unselfishly put the ball to Macuphu who was left with a smooth finish.

City regained its lead within the 62nd minute of fitness. Vasilije Kolak did not hold on to Lakay's first attempt and the ball went well for Mdantsane who made no mistake as he approached.

But the Rocks did not give up and were rewarded when Marks Munyai burst into the container before finding Lekay in the bottom row who passed the ball into the empty net.
