Joseph Malongoane who was born on the 17th of March 1988 is a South African soccer enthusiast, a player in the Premier Soccer League for Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila F.C. (now known as Marumo Gallants) He was born in Moletjie, Limpopo, but grew up in Gauteng, Alexandra.

The talented midfielder, who led Coach Steve Komphela, began his professional career in Platinum Stars books. He then worked for AmaZulu, Orlando Pirates and Chippa United. At the beginning of the 2016/17 season, Molangoane joined again with coach Steve when he committed two years to Amakhosi.
Tight, as football fans are called, sustained a horrendous injury in August 2018 by breaking his ankle against Free State Stars. This saw him excluded for the remainder of 2018.

In May 2019, Kaizer Chiefs announced that after a one-year contract extension was signed, midfielder extended the tenure of the Soweto Giants with an option to extend.
In July 2020, TTM announced that it secured two years of contracts with Joseph and Oupa Manyisa.
