Percy Tau's salary at Al Alhy revealed

The best strikers in modern football show their worth every time they step onto the field by scoring goals.

Some of the best-paid professionals on the continent are those whose main job is to score goals.

Percy Tau is without a doubt one of the most powerful and versatile forwards in the history of the PSL. He can play as a center forward or on the wing. During his long and successful career, the 27-year-old forward from Emalahleni, South Africa, quickly became a household name when he played for Mamelodi Sundowns and scored goals like they were nothing. His coach, Pitso Mosimane, told him to score goals for fun.

After leaving the club, the two-time PSL league winner got a lucrative move to Brighton Hove Albion in the EPL. During his time at the club, the 2017/18 PSL Footballer of the Season spent most of his time on loan in Europe's lower-ranked leagues.

After a successful loan at Anderlecht FC in 2021, the forward who used to play for Mamelodi Sundowns was brought back by his parent club, "The Seagulls." The 2018–19 Proximus League Player of the Season, who returned at his parents' request, spent most of his time on the bench until the two sides decided to part ways.

Percy Tau and coach Pitso Mosimane worked together again at Al Alhy in August 2021. Since then, Percy Tau has won a number of domestic and continental awards. The former Brighton forward is having one of the worst seasons of his career because he hasn't been scoring as many goals as he used to.

After hearing all of that, we decided to look into how much Percy Tau makes at Al Alhy right now. Since then, we've heard from reliable sources that his salary is about R18 million a year, which is about R1.5 million a month.

At this point, it's safe to say that Percy Tau has made a whopping R12 million since he joined his current club 8 months ago, even if you take bonuses into account.
