When Siphelele Ntshangase finalkynleft Kaizer Chiefs, he thought he would resurrect his fading career.
But his journey has not been what he had hoped for. In fact, things seem to have gotten worse for him.
Ntshangase joined Marumo Gallants having failed to nail down a starting eleven berth at Naturena.

At Gallants, he made just three appearances during the entire 2021/21 DStv Premiership.
The media has speculated a lot about his future and Marumo have now finally spoken about it.
"Our squad is still intact. We just need to reinforce here and there. Ntshangase's contract is still running. He is still part of the team," media liaison and communications manager Rufus Matsena said to the Siya crew.

Matsena, however, could not be drawn to comment on whether Ntshangase is part of the coaches plans for the upcoming season.
If the coaches do let him go, it will deal him a heavy blow as age is also quickly catching up with him.
