Kaizer Chiefs haven't been in talk with many players outside the club and they have been quiet about renewing of several contract of current players.
One of the players that Kaizer Chiefs are aiming to trade before his contract could expire in June is Lazarus Khambole. The Zambian striker is about to get to the third year with Amakhosi but he has not been delivering anything fruitful for the club which is the reason why he is enlisted at the transfer list at the beginning of this season.
Khambole has been for only 5 minutes this season and he only got one goal and it has been resulting to the way he is struggling to play for the club. With Samir Nurkoviç and Lenardo Castro being out on injuries, it has been shown that the foreigners at Amakhosi have no impact this season
Amakhosi has been willing to sell Samir Nurkoviç but they couldn't reach any club since he was injured since last season.
With the rumours that Bongani Zungu was linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs few months back, maybe Amakhosi are planning on replacing one of the foreign strikers with him. He share one of his pictures with the head coach of Kaizer Chiefs Stuart Baxter on his Instagram story and that has sparked a lot of Kaizer Chiefs fans. They believed that he could join the club, Zungu's contract with Ameins will expire at the end of the season and he has shown a positive reaction to finishing his football career back in South Africa and Amakhosi is the first target.
Moerover, Kaizer Chiefs legend Bernard Parker has set a straight record that he is about to hang his soccer boots by the end of this season. After having more that 10 years at the club, he managed to win two league titles, one Nedbank and MTN 8 cup.
