Orlando Pirates have been facing a mass injury exodus that has dented their already thin squad.
But there is a sprinkling of great news for the Pirates faithful after it emerged that a number of seasoned campaigners are now back at training.
This comes just as the Bucs are preparing to square off with Golden Arrows at the Princess Magogo stadium.
One of these is lethal striker Zakhele Lepasa. Lepasa has been one of Pirates most standout performers in recent seasons and he will definitely add that va boom drive into the Pirates team.
“On the injury front, several Buccianeers are nearing a return to action after lengthy spells on the sidelines, with defender Innocent Maela and striker Zakhele Lepasa among those inching closer to featuring for the first time this season,” Bucs confirmed in a statement the club’s official website.
Lepasa is a free scoring striker and his presence in the Pirates team is a major boast.
