Orlando Pirates coach comments on Thembinkosi Lorch's return.
Pirates failed to protect a one goal lead after the club scored first in the first half.
Lorch made his return after the player has been out for a while due to a shoulder injury.
This comes after the club confirmed prior to the game that the player has started full training with the club early this week.
However Lorch did not start the as he was introduced late in the second half and he had a huge impact in terms of the club's performance after he replaced Collins Makgkaka.
Speaking after the game on Wednesday evening Pirates coach Mandla Ncikazi said he is excited that the player is back and has praised his quality.
He added that his first pass to Hotto was quality.
Ncikazi said the important thing is that they got the player back after a long time
The player was making his first appearance at Pirates this season after he last played in a preseason tournament Carling Black Label Cup in August.
The player also did not feature much last season after he was in and out of the club's starting lineup due to injuries.
Ncikazi added that the player is a top quality and after he had an impressive performance this evening after a long time since he last played, then that is something positive.
Ncikazi said he wishes the player to grow from this evening's performance and help the team to achieve what they have been missing which is to score goals.
"Maybe we need a Lorch to finish the product and terminate the attacks," he concluded.
Following a draw against Amazulu Pirates remained on fifth position in the DStv premiership log table.
