There are a lot of good players in the DStv Premiership League. Clubs in the DStv Premiership League have become protective on the players they highly rate. The talent of some players goes unnoticed. It has been the case for Cape Town City star Fagrie Lakay. The player has been consistent in front of goal for Cape Town City. He is not scoring against big clubs everytime they meet. That alone is not getting him the attention he needs to move bigger. Dominic Isaacs feels the player should be playing for the PSL big three clubs. It will not be long until the big three come knocking for the 24-year-old striker.
Dominic Isaacs told KickOff.com that "Maybe he's not better than what they have already, maybe they are happy with what they have. People want goalscorers, he's been scoring here and there but you need to do better than all the strikers in the country to get their attention. At Sundowns they've got Erasmus, Shalulile, Kutumela. That strike force is powerful. They are covered for the next two or three years. Pirates have got this new guy from Ghana, that guy he looks like he can do something you know. They've got Mabasa, they've got Mhango. There at 'For Life' you got Nurkovic, I'm sure he's earning a big salary there. You've got Castro who is earning a big salary. You've got Billiat, he's earning a big salary. How do you think they are going to add Fagrie Lakay there with a big salary as well? Unless he's doing better than Shalulile then they would fight for his signature." Do you think Isaacs is right? Comment your answer below, share and hit the like button please.
