It has been revealed that the DSTV Premiership Champions Mamelodi Sundowns will return to their home stadium. Despite having already secured the league title, Mamelodi Sundowns still have two games left to play in the competition, with their next match taking place against Stellenbosch at TUKS Stadium.
Sundowns have three games left to play in the season, two of which are in the league and one of which is the Nedbank Cup final versus Royal Amanzimtoti.
Despite the fact that they have not yet been presented with the trophy, Sundowns want to celebrate their championship victory when the season comes to a close. Following a 1-1 draw against Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium, the Reds will be looking to get back on track. Even though the points aren't necessarily significant anymore, the Brazilians remain committed to maintaining their national pride.
Catch the game at TUKS Stadium on May 14th, 2022, with tickets costing R40 and kickoff scheduled for 15h00 local time.
