Mosimane calls for law involvement over agent dispute.

Al Ahly head coach Mr Pitso Mosimane has called for his employers to seek legal action against a certain Egyptian football agent who has falsely claimed to represent him. Earlier this week, in an interview with local (Egyptian) media, prominent Egyptian agent Hazem El Hadidy claimed to be representing Pitso Mosimane in a number of spheres while also discussing the possibility of his contract extension at Al Ahly.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns coach has since denied having any affiliation with the El Hadidy and has requested the club (Al Ahly) to institute legal action against him to prevent him from speaking on his behalf in the future and clear his name from unrelated activities.

"Hazem El Hadidy is not my agent." Confirmed Pitso Mosimane.

"He does not represent me. Anything that he says about me is irrelevant," the 57-year-old said in a statement on Tuesday evening.

"I requested the club's board to take some legal action to stop him from doing this. I have met him once during a TV show and he introduced himself to me as the episode producer. I don’t know why he claims to be my representative."

"I have a fantastic relationship with the board. We have reached an (contract) agreement and announced it to the media. There is nothing new to discuss. Our relation will continue with all respect, cooperation and full trust."

"I have the full support of the board and we have one goal. I focus only on my team and I will do my best to win titles for the club and make our fans happy."

Pitso Mosimane confirmed that he will continue to see out his Al Ahly contract then after that it is then that they will again hold talks regarding his future at the club. If the club is happy with his performance, he might keep his job.
