Pirates and Chiefs transfer target players have been revealed

South African biggest clubs are at it again during the transfer market. As they’re out and about trying to get five top Premier Soccer League (PSL) stars to be move to their respective camps. Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are believed to be interested in strengthening their squads ahead of the second half of the DStv Premiership. Both teams still feel that they can challenge Mamelodi Sundowns for the PSL title, despite the Brazilians having a healthy points lead at the top. Downs lead Pirates by 14 points and they trail Chiefs by 16 points.

Over the years, Masandawana have been dominant in the DStv Premiership and one of their crucial things that they constantly do each year is bring in talented and on-form players. This will help sustain their winning formula and hunger for clinching silverware each season. The Buccaneers and Amakhosi look into cutting a pattern from Downs as they want to sign the likes of Teboho Mokoena, Ayanda Patosi, Yusuf Maart, Ethan Brooks and Victor Letsoalo. At the moment It’s still unclear where will each play go, if the negotiations materialise. It has to be known that these five stars have contributed exceptionally well on their current teams. What could possibly occur is that their current employers might want to cash in them since they’re wanted by rich teams in Mzansi.

The interesting thing is that Sundowns are the leading team in getting the services of the SuperSport United midfielder Mokoena. Which means that both Pirates and Chiefs might miss out on his expensive signature. Nevertheless, they still have a massive chance in signing Royal AM attacker Letsoalo, Sekhukhune United skipper Maart and even TS Galaxy’s youngster Brooks.

Also, Patosi has spoken about his ideal dream which is playing for one of the biggest club in Mzansi. This will give hopes to both Chiefs and Pirates since his contract is coming to an end abroad. “I have always had the dream of playing for one of the biggest teams in South Africa, and if there is an opportunity of that happening I will highly consider that,” said Patosi speaking to the media.
