South African Football Association (SAFA) head of referees has finally cleared the air about the yellow card that was given to Zitha Kwinika last week.
It was actually Zitha Kwinika who was booked after Siyabonga Ngezana committed a foul, which ended up being a penalty.
Abdul Ebrahim, who is the head of referees at the South African Football Association (SAFA) has come into defence on Victor Gomez' decision.
When speaking to the media, Abdul Ebrahim stated that Victor Gomez was correct by giving Zitha Kwinika a yellow card.
He further stated that Gomez is used to playing in matches where there is a lot of pressure. Abdul also revealed that he was happy with the performance of his officials that were appointed on that day.
