MaMkhize's former strikers resurfaced at PSL rivals

Date: 19/01/2022

Shawn "MaMkhize" Mkhize's two former strikers Sera Motebang and Siphelele Luthuli has resurfaced at Golden Arrows in the DStv Premiership not long after parting ways with Royal AM.

The two forwards was released by MaMkhize's club earlier in January as it's believed that they didn't deliver to their full potential and to the club's expectations as they struggled to make an impact with the DStv Premiership debutants.

The two players was spotted training with the Durban-based side in hopes of securing deals with Arrows before the league resumes in February. The players was released by their former clubs, so the two weeks left in the transfer window will not apply to them as they can sign anytime since they are free agents.

According to latest reports by a source in the know, the players are training with the club, as they are being assessed by the technical team, which could lead to them signing deals soon.

"Both players are training with the team. They are there for an assessment and they have a good relationship with coach Lehlohonolo Seema", said the source.

The two players played together at Bloemfontein Celtic before MaMkhize took over, and they played together for Royal AM, and they could now form another partnership at a third club should everything with both their assessments go well.
