As we all know that from 2014/15 after clinching a league title, it's safe to say that Kaizer Chiefs has been in transition and the team has not been able to replicate the success in recent years. There's no doubt that Kaizer Chiefs are rebuilding a machine a team that is going to compete at the highest level. But there's a problem European Giants are now raiding world class player's of Kaizer Chiefs.

The problem is that Kaizer Chiefs could lose both Njabulo Ngcobo as well as Njabulo Blom, the problem about losing your best players in January is that it will be very difficult to find a perfect replacement. The reason why I'm saying this is that during the January transfer window most of the team they don't sell their best players because fixtures comes thick and fast.

The chairman of the club he has made no secret that even he receives good offers for the player's, he will be forced to sell those player's.

Stuart Baxter is trying to find stability to the club, he won't be happy to lose the defender of the season... I have to state that striker's wins you games but defenders wins you titles.

Njabulo Blom come from the academy of Kaizer Chiefs, ever since he made it to the first team he's always trending for all the right reasons and some of the biggest team in the world have been after his signature.

As for Njabulo Ngcobo his career didn't start very well at Kaizer Chiefs, but we all know that going to another team you will need time in order to adapt. Things are looking very good for him at the moment and he's also a regular in the Bafana Bafana setup. The problem is that the offer is do good to a point that Kaizer Chiefs are finding it hard to refuse it, Kaizer Chiefs is not a selling club but most of our players dreams about playing at the highest level.
