The player in the past has had injury issues that might have delayed him to move to a bigger team. There is no question when it comes to the talent Thabo Nodada has. But he seem to be an injury prone as he struggles to stay fit the whole season. His agent has given update on transfer deadline day. The player's move to Turkey has failed due to an injury, Cape Town City owner has confirmed. According to sources the offers from Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates were turned down.

The player's agent Jazzman Mahlakgane said, "Nodada is staying with his club. There is no truth to the rumours that the player is anywhere else besides his club.
