GladAfrica : Royal AM claimed top spot after 2-1 win from 1-0 behind.

Royal AM played their latest fixture against University of Pretoria FC away from home, and won the match 2-1 in the end from behind.


Royal AM played their latest fixture in the GladAfrica Championship against University of Pretoria FC away from home, and impressed with a 2-1 win in the end. University of Pretoria FC who had the home ground advantage in the match, managed to claim the lead when Oswin Reagan Appollis scored the opening goal of the match in the second half to lead at 1-0. Royal AM who were leading the GladAfrica Championship table before Pretoria FC scored, managed to get back in the top spot when Tshepo Liphoko and Zukile Mkhize scored to claim the lead for Royal AM with their two late goals in the match, to lead at 2-1.

University of Pretoria FC opened the scoring in the second half of the match when Oswin Reagan Appollis scored the opening goal of the match in the 68th minute to lead the match at 1-0. Royal AM managed to equalise when Tshepo Liphoko scored in the 88th minute to level the score on 1-1. Royal AM claimed the lead in the match when Zukile Mkhize scored in the late 90+1 minute to lead at 2-1. Royal AM claimed all three points from the match at full-time, as they sit in first place on 50 points, and has Dstv Premiership promotion in plain sight.
