Eden Hazard Gets a Surprising Transfer Offer

Eden Hazard struggling for regular playing time, a surprising club has expressed interest in signing the Belgian international.

Since leaving Chelsea in 2019, the Belgian has had a difficult time in Spain, as his time with Los Blancos has been plagued by injuries.

Hazard has been linked with a move away from Chelsea in recent months as he struggles to regain his place in Carlo Ancelotti's starting lineup this season.

KVC Westerlo of Belgium's second division and their Vice President Hasan Cetinkaya are hoping to entice the former Chelsea player.

"Eden Hazard is someone I believe I can call a friend. When I met him in Lille, he promised me that one day he would play for Fenerbahçe "Cetinkaya told Het Nieuwsblad in an interview.

"Westerlo will be more challenging, but you never know. Perhaps he'll end his career here."

Since joining Los Blancos from the Blues two years ago, the 30-year-old has only made 54 appearances, scoring five goals and assisting on nine others.
