The news were announced by a sport guru Robert Marawa on his twitter page earlier today.
People could not hide their disappointment as they took to twitter to express their feelings toward the results of the elections.
Jordan was up against 2 other members who were also eyeing the position but he came up on to with a massive 186 votes compared to 27 and 8 of Ria Ledwaba and Solly Motlhabeng respectively.
Many people were vocal about who they were backing for this position especially former and current female players, which was Ria Ledwaba.
It is very much understandable as to why they were backing her to take over from Danny Jordan, she brings different energy and new ideas to the job plus she is a female, female players has been very much vocal about the struggles they are facing in the current government.
Do you think the voting panel did a good job by re-electing Danny Jordan as the SAFA president? Do you expect any changes whatsoever from him?
