Kaizer Chiefs mentor replies to experts: Coming to the club without preseason

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Stuart Baxter says he is constantly under fire for sharing what no mentor has done in the past eight years: giving something back to the club the conquest of titles.

Amakhosi has just collected six spotlights from six DStv Premiership games and ends up in twelfth place at the end of the sign.

Meanwhile, Baxter and his teammates were also removed from the MTN 8 Cup after losing on penalties to Mamelodi Sundowns in the quarterfinals.

In an address to the media on Thursday, Baxter was investigated whether he was feeling any tensions that are at stake after the Chiefs' slow start into the 2021/22 mission.

"Online media and people's opinions are changing so quickly. I joined the club without a preseason, we played six association games and you are asking if my work is under pressure. said Baxter.

"I am the most important mentor who has won something for the Chiefs in the last eight years and you ask if my job is feeling the pressure. A rapid tidal wave can come these days.

" Sometimes clubs have good judgment and from time to time they do terrible things. In the world of real football, however, you should think that you need a little more time and perseverance. ”

Baxter continued:“ Gavin Hunt, Stuart Baxter, Ernst Middendorp, every Kaizer the handle. I also have compassion for every mentor.

“Any mentor who relaxes their commitments has more to contribute. Not all people at Manchester City work in a wonderful virtual world.

"In all work there are limitations, unfortunate incidents with injuries, there is the pandemic that keeps allies out of the arena.

" A mentor can be released from his responsibilities and he cannot have done anything wrong. "

Kaizer Chiefs will close the weekend at the top of the Absa Premiership table after Mamelodi Sundowns suffered a disgrace out of 10 against Baroka FC on Sunday night, their section kicking off at 5:00 pm.
