'I left because in a marriage you start seeing things after some time' - Johnson On Al Ahly Exit

Pitso Mosimane has been making history since joining Al Ahly as he is raising the South African flag high. He initially picked Cavin Johnson as his assistant when he first joined the Egyptian giants as they won trophies together. This looked to he a great partnership, however things are unfolding to be much more than meets the eye. There has been a lot controversy and where there's smoke there's usually fire.

Cavin Johnson is currently back in South Africa after abruptly leaving Egypt. It was reported that he returned for an offer he received in the PSL, however he has since denied this and suggests that something more sinister led to his exit. His name was thrown around for the Orlando Pirates job, however this turned out to be nothing more than a rumor.

Johnson say down for an interview with Thabiso Mosia to discuss his career. He also attempted to set the record straight on issues around his name as he also addressed the AL Ahly situation subliminally. He suggested that there was a fall out between him and Pitso Mosimane and opted not to go into details on the record.

"I didn't come back home because I received offers. I left because in a marriage you start seeing things after some time that you don't like . Then you file for divorce and with a divorce you don't have to reveal the details publicly" - Cavin Johnson on #SAFMSportOn

He also shut down rumors of offers from the PSL as he shared that he is currently jobless and keen on returning to work. He also confirmed that he almost got the job as the head of youth at Kaizer Chiefs before leaving for Al Ahly.

"I've heard there were offers here at home but nothing has come to me.I'm still waiting but in no rush. About going to PE, maybe I can go for holiday (laughs) but I can't talk about that now.Yes it's also true that I almost joined Chiefs as Head of Youth before I went to Al Ahly"
