Mamelodi Sundowns latest on their skipper.

It has been a difficult for the club captain Hlompho Kekana. The skipper is not in the plans of Mamelodi Sundowns technical team. Hlompho Kekana wanted more minutes just like Tebogo Langerman at Mamelodi Sundowns. Kekana was also rumoured to have been offered to join Swallows FC on possible loan move. The player was given a long term contract when Pitso Mosimane was still Mamelodi Sundowns coach. The skipper was reportedly set to be offered a role at Chloorkop. All though those rumours of Hlompho Kekana being offered a role seems to have died down in recent weeks.

Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rhulani Mokwena has given an update on the situation involving Hlompho Kekana not being included in the plans by technical team. Rhulani Mokwena has said on an interview conducted by SAFM, "We love him. The club loves him. The fans love him. And I think the club will make a statement in due course." Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rhulani Mokwena has said that the conversation they had with the skipper are private, out of respect of the legend he will not tell now. Mokwena said he will not confirm or deny anything out of respect for Hlompho Kekana. Do you think the player will get the exit he deserves?
