Shandu staying clear of social media

Orlando Pirates safeguard Bandile Shandu has taken to keeping away from the tensions of online media in front of his introduction Soweto derby on Saturday. 

Shandu is among a large group of new players set to show up in the derby, including Njabulo Ngcobo, Keagan Dolly, Goodman Mosele and Cole Alexander at FNB Stadium. 

The 26-year-old has been a normal element in the Buccaneers beginning setup since joining from Maritzburg United toward the beginning of the period. Ft=r 4

"The main thing is simply avoiding online media before the game," Shandu said. 


"I believe that is significant on the grounds that it's the place where you really want the concentration, you want all your energy towards the ideal spot.

Orlando Pirates are set to go to the Soweto Derby against Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on Saturday with spirits high after their 2-1 triumph against Sekhukhune United at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday.
