Golden Arrows Confirm Replacement of their Previous Head Coach Seema

Golden Arrows have confirmed the replacement of their previous head coach Lehlohonolo Seema ahead of the new season.

The Kwazulu Natal side sacked Seema back in March after he was thrashed 6-0 by Mamelodi Sundowns.

Following Seema's departure from the club his assistant coaches Vusumzi Vilakazi and Mabhuti Khenyeza took over as interim coaches for the remainder of last season.

Latest news are that Arrows have appointed Vilakazi and Khenyeza to lead the club as co-coaches for the remainder of next season.

The two coaches have been in charge of the last six games for Arrows which they did exceptionally well and losing only once against the relegated Baroka FC.

In the process the two coaches managed to beat Kaizer Chiefs and also winning the KwaZulu Natal Derby against Amazulu.

Despite their impressive run, Arrows could not finish their season inside of the top eight as the club was overtaken by Supersport United and the KZN side were forced to ninth position.

The two coaches will be looking to have a good start next season with the club to earn more trust from the management.

Vilakazi has been in charge of the reserve team in most times meanwhile Khenyeza has been assistant coach to Seema.
