Ghana Star: I Was Afraid Of FNB Stadium

A Ghana star has conceded he was terrified of playing at FNB Stadium after their loss to South Africa on Monday.

The Black Stars couldn't make it consecutive successes in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers subsequent to experiencing a 1-0 misfortune on account of Hugo Broos' men.

The success took Bafana top of Group G while the Black Stars set in second spot with three focuses to their name.

Notwithstanding, Ghanian full-back Fatawu Mohammed says he was satisfied that there no allies in participation at the 'immense' FNB Stadium.

"Truly, I got a bit terrified when I saw the (FNB) arena in light of the fact that the pitch is incredibly enormous and it wouldn't have been simple with allies in the stands," the Hearts of Oak safeguard tol Angel FM, according to FootballMadeinGhana.

"Since the second you enter the arena you understand that to be sure you are in an arena.

"Yet, finally, we played in an unfilled arena so that dialed down some pressing factor; If the allies had been there the manner in which the pressing factor was high it (the pressing factor) would have been more. Be that as it may, without the allies, it seemed like a dead zone," he added.
