1- Bruce Bvuma 4/10

Bruce Bvuma did not have the best game of his life, and the way he conceded the first goal speaks volume of his confidence. Bvuma will have to pull up his socks if he is to remain as the number one goalkeeper at Kaizer Chiefs.

2 - Njabulo Blom 7/10

It is no secret that whenever Njabulo Blom is given a chance to play, he always gives it his all and in the game against Mamelodi Sundowns, Njabulo Blom gave it his all but it was not meant to be as they lost against the defending champions.

3 - Sifiso Hlanti 5/10

Hlanti was not at his best against Mamelodi Sundowns. Hlanti was operating as a left wing back, a position which did not do him favours as Hlanti does not enjoy going forward down the wing.

Daniel Cardoso is just not having the best season of his life at Kaizer Chiefs, Cardoso even though had an average game his performances were not up to standard.

5 - Eric Mathoho 6/10

Given the Captaincy armband, Mathoho was expected to lead from the back but it was not meant to be for Mathoho and Co. As they lost the game.

6 - Austin Dube 5/10

Austin Dube was given a rare start against Mamelodi Sundowns. Dube did not have the best game of his life as Grant Kekana was able to score with Dube marking him.

7 - Phatutshedzo Nange 7/10

Despite the foul that Nange committed that led to Mamelodi Sundowns scoring the first goal of the match, Nange had a very good game as he was able to control proceedings from the middle of the park.

8 - Cole Alexander 7/10

Cole Alexander played very well against a very good consolidated Mamelodi Sundowns midfield consisting of Andile Jali and Rivaldo Coetzee. Alexander was able to shine on one or two occasions.

9 - Samir Nurkovic 6/10

Samir Nurkovic was not having the best game of his life. The Kaizer Chiefs striker had the most chances in the game and he somehow managed to score a single one of those chances that he had.

10 - Keagan Dolly 9/10

Keagan Dolly was Kaizer Chiefs' most influential player and he was the one causing all sorts of problems for the Mamelodi Sundowns defense as he was picking up his teammates and driving forward his team.

11 - Khama Billiat 6/10

Billiat was not at his best against his former side Mamelodi Sundowns, and he was not able to combine very well with the likes of Keagan Dolly and Samir Nurkovic.
