PSL | Mamelodi Sundowns' Reported Mega Signing Caught Up In Deep Crisis: Check Why Here

The saga of SuperSport midfielder Sipho Mbule recently took a new turn after the club suspended him indefinite period, but it has since been disclosed that he was placed in a'special programme' directed at physically and mentally well-being.

When communicating to SAFM last year, SuperSport CEO Stan Matthews stated that Mbule's lack of professionalism is the reason he would not be traded to any team at that time, despite being on the radar of both Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns during the Transfer window.

However, Matthews indicated earlier in the month that discipline problems were the factor for Mbule's continued absence from training, and he later reiterated that Mbule is not in the right frame of mind, is undependable, and will not play for the club again.

According to some reports, the recent series of ill-discipline stemmed from his tendency to come in late – or not at all – for practice sessions, while others claim he had a falling out with former coach Kaitano Tembo, that included a "confrontation."

With yet another spin, revealed that Mbule could be set to move from SuperSport to Sundowns in a spectacular swap agreement.

A dream move to Kaizer Chiefs may still be on the cards, but while his agent Mike Makaab previously suggested that Amakhosi haven't really been demonstrating their purpose.
