Royal AM adds salt to Chiefs’ wounds and MaMkhize with her son celebrate

Who would have thought that Kaizer Chiefs will find themselves in a deep hole, as they’re struggling to win games? It seems like any team fancies itself that they can walk away with a win or at least a draw against Chiefs. The Premier Soccer League teams do their homework pretty well when they play against Amakhosi, as they know their strengths and weaknesses. This is something that their head coach Stuart Baxter will have to work on with his charges so that the team won’t be predictable.

The Phefeni Glamour Boys were thrashed 4-1 by the DStv Premiership new boys Royal AM at FNB Stadium this past Saturday afternoon. Imagine this was Chiefs' home game and they were humiliated in their backyard. You have to wonder what happened to home ground advantage. However, credit has to be given to Royal AM for taking their chances and punishing their opponents. No wonder they were trending this past weekend, following their incredible work away from home. Now, the Royal AM owner Shawn Mkhize didn’t hold back her excitement and she made sure that she did it in style. As her side defeated Chiefs, she made sure that she seized the moment.

The flamboyant businesswoman put on a show on the stands alongside the club’s chairman Andile Mpisane, friends, family, and Royal AM backroom staff. As they danced their hearts out, while they had a Bluetooth speaker and turned all the attention to them on the stands after the match. This was a day to remember for the KwaZulu-Natal outfits who were able to clinch three points without any hiccups. The Man of the Match Victor Letsoalo proved to be dangerous for the Chiefs' defense as he gave them sleepless nights, as he netted his brace to make sure Royal AM cruised to victory.
