Chiefs || Sacked Star Defender To Play Against Kaizer Chiefs As He Joins Dstv Premiership Rivals

With the way other psl rivals are snatching up these sacked players, it seems they'll all come back to cause the new Amakhosi sqaud real trouble.

And now, it has been confirmed that the Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Daniel Cardoso has officially moved to sign with psl rivals. According to SABC Sport, Cardoso signed a three-year contract with Sekukune just a month after Amakhosi left.

SABC Sport can confirm that Sekhukhune United have signed defender Daniel Cardoso on a three-year contract. An announcement is expected in the coming days as manager Kaitano Thembo wants to rebuild the squad after taking over from Macdonald Mahubedu who has since been re-appointed as 'head coach'."

Daniel Cardoso, who hails from Regents Park in Johannesburg, comes to Babina Noko with 265 PSL games, including his previous stint with the Free State Stars. Apart from Cardoso, Sekhukhune has added 12 new players to her books in the current window.

Other new additions include Denwin Farmer, Abednego Mosiatlhaga, Linda Mntambo, Tshegofatso Mabasa, Elias Mokwana, Train Tshepo Mokhabi, Thamsanqa Masiya, Lesego "Mish" Sebetlela, Trésor Tshibwabwa Yamba Yamba, Wonderboy Makhubu and Badra Ali Sangaré.

Sekhukhune United announced five signings including Thamsanqa Masiya, Siya's team revealed. As confirmed by the club, the five new players are Masiya, Lesego Sebetlela, Tresor Tshibwabwa Yamba Yamba, Wonderboy Makhubu and Badra Ali Sangare.

Masia is a product of the development of Mamelodi Sundowns, played for Baroka FC last season and is a former South Africa youth international.

Sebetlela, 23, is a star defender who joins Babina Noko from MM Platinum FC (La Masia) after impressing in the ABC Motsepe League play-offs.

Yamba Yamba is a 23-year-old DRC defender from Red Arrows Zambia, while Mahubu is a forward who played for the University of Pretoria on loan from Baroka last season.

Lastly, Sangare is a 36 year old Ivory Coast goalkeeper who plays for JDR Stars in the GladAfrica Championships.
