Njabulo Is Frustrated: Ngcobo's Agent Finally Breaks The Silence

It every young soccer South African player's dream to play for Kaizer Chiefs one day and when an opportunity is presenter to become one of the team's player, everyone would jump into it and grab it with both hands hoping that will be doing the famous Gold and Black jersey regularly.

Former Swallows FC defender Njabulo Ngcobo who has recently signed for The Phefeni Glamour Boys during the transfer window is seemingly getting frustrated with each game passing by while he is on the bench, he is yet to make his debut and the media is not making things easy for him as well, whenever Chiefs is playing, he is always the most spoken about player.

Reports emerging has suggested that the 28 year old Bafana Bafana international has broken the silence and his agent King Ngubane has confirmed that the reigning DStv Premiership Defender of The Season is getting frustrated by not playing.

According to SOWETAN Live, Ngcobo Is frustrated because he is not playing and it might affect his national team slot, he needs to play regularly for his team to maintain his Bafana Bafana slot.


"Njabulo Ngcobo’s agent King Ngubane has admitted the defender is unhappy at Kaizer Chiefs, fearing his lack of game time will see him lose his Bafana Bafana slot," the publication reports.

During the most recent World Cup qualifiers, Ngcobo who got a late call up only played a few minutes against Ghana when South Africa won 1-0, he came on as a second half substitute when the coach was trying to consolidate his defense.


Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter who is preferring the tried and tested central pairing of Mulomowandau Mathoho and Daniel Cardoso has responded to the reports that were saying he is not giving Ngcobo a chance to play, he since revealed that every player will get his chance whne the time is right.

Amakhosi has played only three League games so far, they also played one MTN 8 match, making it four officials games since Ngcobo was signed from The Dube Birds, it seems it is a bit too early for him to be worried about not playing.
