Bad News For Buccaneers

The season has begun, and the Buccaneers have not had a good start. However, Orlando Pirates avenged themselves against Swallows FC yesterday. In comparison to the previous game, the Buccaneers played superior football. Tshegofatso Mabasa, a substitute, scored the game's sole goal, giving Orlando Pirates their first win. The Buccaneers will be hoping that this is the start of a string of victories. When the season began, the Orlando Pirates' attackers, Tshegofatso Mabasa and Zakhele Lepasa, were both out with injuries.

Despite all of this, the Buccaneers have been struck a more serious setback. Fadlu Davids provided an update on Thembinkosi Lorch, who has been dealing with injuries. Since his failed relocation to Europe, Lorch has never been the same player. "Lorch, we won't see him for the rest of the year, he's out with a long-term injury," Fadlu Davids told after the encounter on Saturday. Thembinkosi Lorch's form has worsened since winning the player of the season award last season. Do you believe the Buccaneers will be able to function without Lorch? Please leave your answer in the comments section, share it, and like it.
