While the 2022/23 season has just started last week, a coach at one of the DStv Premiership clubs has already lost his job. The DSTV premier Soccer League teams or rather all South African teams are deep known for firing coach were a one time can change five coaches per season.
After initially being suspended last month, Mpho Maleka has been dismissed from Marumo Gallants, the Siya crew can reveal.
He's becoming first coach to loose his job this season and it is very funny because if they did that long aho, maybe he was going to get a job on other teams during break.
News reaching the Siya crew is that the parties have since gone their separate ways, with the club’s new head coach Romain Folz now having only Raymond Mdaka as his assistant.
We would like to wish him good luck on his future. Without any reasonable doubt, he's first but won't be the last to be fired this season.
