Lyon won their latest fixture in the Coupe de France with an incredible 5-1 high score against Ajaccio.


Lyon played their latest fixture in the Coupe de France against Ajaccio and impressed with a 5-1 high score win as Memphis Depay opened the scoring very early in the match. Five players each scored a goal for Lyon in the match as Slimani managed to score one goal and assisted two goals in the match. Houssem Aouar aslo impressed as he came from the bench to score for Lyon when he replaced Memphis Depay in the second half of the match. Lyon secured their win as they managed to score four goals in the first half of the match as they leaded the match 4-0 at half time. Ajaccio scored one goal in the match as Riad Nouri scored the last goal of the match.

Memphis Depay scored the opening goal of the match in the 10th minute as Lyon lead 1-0. Islam Slimani extended the lead to 2-0 when he found the back of the net in the 22nd minute of the match. Two minutes later Maxwel Cornet scored in the 24th minute as Lyon lead 3-0. Rayan Cherki scored in the 38th minute of the match as Lyon Leads the match 4-0 at the half time break. In the second half of the match Lyon scored their final goal when Houssem Aouar scored in the 78th minute from the penalty spot as Lyon lead 5-0. Ajaccio scored their first goal in the 90th minute when Riad Nouri scored. Lyon won the match 5-1 in the end.
