Kaizer Chiefs interim coach Arthur Zwane has been vocal about what the club needs next season. As they're looking at players which they feel will bring value at Naturena. Even though there has been different players that have been on Chiefs transfer wishlist, but it's still unknown if they're seen as the Soweto giants material or not. It seems like Zwane, and the rest of the Chiefs technical team and management wants to do things differently this time around. As they realised that most of their new players at Naturena didn't live up to the high expectations.
Now, Zwane has decided to assess the different strikers that have been liked to Chiefs in the past couple of months. As he admitted that the Soweto giants are definitely looking at revamping their squad with quality and talented players that will be able to understand what's required from them when they step their foot at Naturena. According to reports, Amakhosi will release their attackers Samir Nurkvoic, Leonardo Castro, and Lazarous Kambole. Which means they'll need to replace them during the July-August transfer window. Hence, there's reports about the Royal AM star Victor Letsoalo and Chippa United forward Bienvenu Eva Nga moving to Amakhosi next season. “Do you understand what I’m saying? There’s only one player that is trying. Maybe it’s [Bienvenu] Eva Nga, but is Eva Nga a Kaizer Chiefs type of player we’re looking for? It remains to be seen," said Zwane speaking to the media.
Furthermore, 10111 spoke about Letsoalo as he questioned if Chiefs can even get him in the upcoming transfer window. As he has worked well during the now-ended DStv Premiership campaign. “Is Victor Letsoalo the type of player who can play for Kaizer Chiefs? The answer is yes, but can we get him? You understand what I’m saying. So those are the challenges you are faced with, and it’s the reality," said Zwane speaking to the media.
