Government makes a decision on 50% fans returned to the stadium

Following the concerns raised by the number of South African Football lovers regarding the re-opening of the stadiums it seems that the Government of South Africa has finally decided to listen to the fans .The last time South African Football lovers attended PSL matches was back in 2020 prior to Covid-19 pandemic.

Fans have only attended Bafana Bafana match against Ethiopia CAF World Cup qualifiers , DStv Compact Cup ,MTN 8 Final Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City and CAF Champions League match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly.According to IDiski times Government makes a decision on 50% fans return to the stadium for the Vaccinated fans.

It is only a week away before the announcement to return to the stadium will be made.The 50% crowd attendance will be made on the first month , then 75% the following month .Depending on the progress made by the fans further decisions will be taken at the later stage.Through the Committee from the office of the Minister of Sports , Art and Culture their proposal to the Government was accepted.
