Bad news for Mamelodi Sundowns as they lost their main target to Kaizer Chiefs

Mamelodi Sundowns has been linked with Sipho Mbule for quite sometime now. Mamelodi Sundowns got the good news last week when it was reported that the club has made a breakthrough in their pursuit for the midfielder.

Sipho Mbule's agent Mike Makaab has dismissed the news that Mamelodi Sundowns have made a breakthrough. Although he has given news that Kaizer Chiefs has tabled an offer for the player during his interview with Gagasi FM.

So far so good in terms of the reaction of the players. "Obviously it wasn't easy because we came back from a situation," Zwane told Kaizer Chiefs' media department.

And of course, having 10 to 12 days off to spend with our families gives us a chance to reflect. Back now this year and for the second round PSL games will be a challenge.

Football is a business these days though, so if Sundowns put a better offer than Chiefs, he will have to go to Sundowns. He is a professional player, he knows that sometimes, a player does not always get his wish to play for a club of his choice.

The 22-year-old, however, wouldn’t take all the credit for his goal and believes the entire team played an important role.It was a good goal, but I think the entire team deserves credit,” said Ngcobo.

It remains anonymous how much chiefs are going to be fined for not honoring two dstv Premiership fixtures. Kaizer chiefs are behind the league leaders mamelodi sundowns by 16 points standing at position 4 with Cape Town City standing at position 9 with 22 points.
