Orlando Pirates legend has advised against the sacking of Josef Zinnbauer.
The head coach of the Buccaneers Zinnbauer has came under fire in recent times due to the club's underperformance.
The club recently lost to their long time rivals Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend by 3-0.
Some of the club's supporters have been calling for the sacking of the German tactician.
However the club's legend Bruce Ramokgadi has appealed for patience and for the coach to be given support.
"Firing coaches doesn’t help the team. The coach needs the support and confidence from his players," he said.
He added that from his own point of view the coach has been doing well given where the team was when he took over.
He said the team was not doing well during Rulani Mokoena's time and Zinnbauer came and changed things.
He added that it takes time to build a team and the coach must be given time although people always expect trophies from a team like Pirates.
