OPINION| Five Things That Was Noticed In Chiefs Victory Over Maritzburg, Their New Hero And More

Amakhosi ajabulile? As a result of yet another impressive performance at the FNB Stadium, where they triumphed 3-0 over Maritzburg United, Kaizer Chiefs have given every indication that they will live up to the reputation of being the best club in the country.

ARTHUR ZWANE REORGANIZES THE LINE-UP OF KAIZER CHIEFS BY MAKING TWO CHANGES.

After suffering an unexpected defeat against Royal AM last weekend, 1-0, despite completely dominating the game, head coach Arthur Zwane made two substitutions on Tuesday.

Right back Njabulo Blom was replaced by Dillan Solomons, and Lehlogonolo Matlou took Cole Alexander's position in the middle of the field as a central midfielder.

The end result was a 2-0 lead by the time the halftime whistle blew, and Mduduzi Shabalala found the third goal in the stoppage time of the second half.

Also, be sure to check out the news that Pitso Mosimane has joined an African club.

FIVE THINGS THAT WE RECOGNIZED

After yet another outstanding showing in goal, Bruce Bvuma has solidified his position as the new number one.

Zitha Kwinika and Siyabonga Ngezana have been named to the starting lineup for central defense after having very few missteps in the first two games.

At this time, Yusuf Maart is Amakhosi's most valuable player. Displays great defensive and offensive skills worthy of a 6 grade.

In the number eight position, Lehlogonolo Matlou displayed outstanding performance. Could have recorded two assists if opportunities to do so hadn't been lost.

After having a performance against Royal AM that was less than stellar, Khama Billiat had another one that was less than stellar.

The Glamour Boys will have a couple of training sessions in the meantime before heading up the N1 to face Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus on Saturday at 15:00. The match will take place at Loftus.
