DStv premiership club AmaZulu FC have wasted no time but to approach the former Cape Town City, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder George Maluleka. According to reports Usuthu and player negotiations are at advance stage ,the announcement could be made in next coming days.
The 33 years Midfielder who spent two years at Mamelodi Sundowns, struggled to find game time since joining Sundowns.The last time he played number of games consistently was at Kaizer Chiefs under Ernst Middendorp. Amakhosi went on loose that league title after Maluleka left.Usuthu have already confirmed the Signings of Dumisani Zuma from Kaizer Chiefs, Gabadhino Mhango from Orlando Pirates,Ethan Brooks and Augustine Kwem from Ts Galaxy.
Usuthu will start the new season with Brandon Truter who joined the club last season as caretaker coach.Tapelo Xoki left to join Orlando Pirates.Usuthu failed to qualify for the CAF Champions League as they did before under the coach Benni McCarthy.
