Chelsea thump Norwich for SEVEN

Chelsea despatched Norwich for seven as they open a 4 point lead at the top of the Premier League.

Despite having a number of crucial injuries, Chelsea went into the game against Norwich City high in momentum after their 4-0 midweek win over Malmo. Things started off on a good note when Mason Mount opened the scoring with just 8 minutes played. Chelsea kept on applying the pressure and went into the half, leading 3-0 courtesy of Callum Hudson Odoi and Reece James. The second half began the same way the first half did when left-back Ben Chilwell scored his 3 goals in as many games for the team. Norwich couldn't get the ball out of their half and unfortunately conceded an own goal to make it 5-0 with just an hour gone. Ben Gibson got his marching orders when he received a 2nd bookable offense and was sent to the dressing room. Chelsea rounded off the game with two Mason Mount goals to hand the English playmaker his 2nd career hat trick.
