Barcelona has really been struggling since the departure of it's legend Lionel Messi. Barcelona has been knocked out from the champions league group stages and were sent to Europe league. The squad has really been struggling with some of the key players on injury, the likes of pedri, Gavi, Ansu Fati and Aguero who was later forced to retire from professional football due to heart conditions.
Amongst other players who had left, is Phillipe Coutinho who made a reunion with his former teammate Steven Gerrard by joining Aston villa from the premier league side. Ousmane Dembele seems to be no longer interested to stay In barca as far as his contract issue is concerned. According to FabrizioRomano, the Barcelona director Alemany announced that " its clear Dembele doesn't want to continue with Barcelona, he doesn't want to be part of our project." " we told Dembele he has to leave immediately. We expect Dembele to be sold before Jan 31st. "
