Countries that has been eliminated from the World Cup Qualifiers and those still standing

Africa's qualifying campaign for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup resumed on Saturday, with a handful of countries still holding out hope of representing the continent. Others, on the other hand, will find the final two rounds worthless because they have already been eliminated.

There are ten groups of four countries each, with the winners progressing to the next stage, where they will be randomly assigned to five head-to-head, home and away matches. Africa will be represented in Qatar next year by the winners of those five matches.

Mali has clinched Group E, Egypt has clinched Group F, Senegal has clinched Group H, and Morocco has clinched Group I, leaving only six more groups to be determined.
