Arthur Zwane has challenged Kaizer Chiefs' 'fringe players' to seize the opportunity presented by the club's injured trio.
Soweto legends star Keagan Dolly, wanted strikers Samir Nurkovic and Karean Baccus but still managed to win 1-0 against Sekhukhun United in a league match due to Ramahlawe Mphahlele shot at Emirates Airline Park Saturday afternoon.
Dolly has a calf injury that is likely to delay her for 6-8 weeks during training in the middle of the week, while Nukovic was eliminated with a knee injury and Baccus suffered a thigh sprain.
"It is the nature of the game, where key players face challenges here and there due to injuries, but we will see what we can do," head coach Zwana told the club's official website.
The man wants to use the service of the other players to prove that they need game time. The team has good players in the bench.
