Is It Hard To Believe This Is Lazarus Kambole's Salary

Football is a precarious business, over the years in the PSL we have since many lethal goal poachers who finished the season as leading goal scorers only to return a season later blunt on target, missing clear cut chances.

In the PSL era we have also seen overhyped forwards who according to many were destined for greater heights only to become the club's worst signing.

With a habit of scouting in the Southern region of Africa, in 2019 DStv Premiership side Kaizer Chiefs landed a signature of Lazarus Kambole from Zesco United who was overhyped in native country, Zambia. During his time in his native country Kambole was the real deal scoring goal after goal but sadly his fortunes changed when he touched down on South African soil.

Joining Kaizer Chiefs Kambole was backed by most of his countrymen and former coaches to become PSL's best. However, he has had to play second fiddle to injury prone Leonardo Castro and Samir Nurkovic. Since making his Kaizer Chiefs debut in 2019, the Chipolopolo forward has scored 2 goals in 30 months. This season alone the former Zesco United forward under coach Stuart Baxter has only played 4 minutes coming on a substitute to net his solitary goal of the 2021/22 season.

As of late without too much touch impact in two seasons there are rumours that Lazarus Kambole is very much likely to be shipped out. Without further ado we take a look at how much Lazarus Kambole gets to pocket every month from Kaizer Chiefs. According to sources Kambole is currently earning R100 000 per month before taxes at Naturena. Overall Kambole has pocketed R3 000 000 since joining Kaizer Chiefs plus bonuses of course.

In addition according to sources it is reported that Kambole is currently earning a salary which is three times that of Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, who is rumoured to be earning R30 000 since signing his first top flight contract with Kaizer Chiefs in 2019.
