Mamelodi Sundowns star Themba Zwane achieved an impressive milestone in the DStv Premiership after he scored his 50th league goal.
Zwane joined an exclusive club of footballers to have scored a half-century of goals in the South African top-flight when he netted the opening goal of the 2021/22 campaign from the penalty spot during Sundowns' 1-0 win over last season's runners-up.
The 32-year-old achieved the milestone in his 226th appearance in the competition across spells with Masandawana and Mpumalanga Black Aces, with whom he netted four times in 27 matches during a loan spell in the 2013/14 season.
In doing so, Zwane has become one of only nine active players to have achieved the 50-goal mark in the league, alongside Ndumiso Mabena, Kermit Erasmus, Gabadinho Mhango, Bongi Ntuli, Bernard Parker, Lehlohonolo Majoro, Khama Billiat and Bradley Grobler.
Kambala has only 2 goals in the Dstv But but They worth more than 50 million goals Good Morning all.Very good quality this one. It's a petty at Bafana he doesn't really deliver. He's a good player but 50 goals in 10 seasons is not that great. That means he was averaging 5 goals per season.
Themba Zwane alone, we are still stressing about these 3 players with no results Dolly 1,4M for being Sdlula, Nurkovic 1M and not scoring, Billiat R800,000 for Mahala, let me drink my black label in peace, Chiefs is giving me too much stress.
Thats not poor for a middlefilder Nurkovic and Kambole played more that 30 games each last season and couldn't even score 5 goals combined. It doesn't matter whether his a striker or not. That shows Zwane is missing a lot of chances instead of scoring in more than 8 seasons, I love the boy cz he reminds me 16v during his playing days.
