Egyptian giants Al Ahly have finally confirmed that the Portuguese born coach Ricardo Soares will take over.The 47 years old arrived in Egypt ,Cairo to replace Pitso Mosimane who left the club.Al Ahly legends who were always criticizing Pitso Mosimane will now have to change focus to analyse the new coach.
The club had offered the new coach a 2 years contract.Samy Komsan will be a assistant coach.Al Ahly lost 3-2 against Smouha in the Egyptian Premier League match,that has created a lot of pressure going into the next matches.The defeat from Smouha gave the log leaders Zamalek an opportunity to open the gap.
The new coach will have to try hard to catch Zamalek who is leading the race.Al Ahly legends who portrayed themselves as winners ,the new coach should atleast win all the matches including all the trophies to save his job at the club.Al Ahly is one of the big clubs in Africa.
