One of Orlando Pirates youngsters Simiso Bophela could make his big break for the club in the first team after he had a promising talk with the club's co-coaches Fadlu Davids and Mandla Ncikazi.
Simiso Bophela who is one of twins might just have a bright future at Orlando Pirates after he had talks with co-coaches Fadlu Davids and Mandla Ncikazi. Bophela was on loan at Sekhukhune United in the GladAfrica Championship last season, as he was part of the team that made great progress to win promotion to the Dstv Premiership for a top flight spot.
The young Pirates star aged 21, now stands a good chance of playing for Orlando Pirates first team this season although he is yet to make his debut with the first team. It was believed that the player who spent last season on loan was going to go back out on loan, but the coaches decided to keep him on for a possible chance to break the first team.
Simiso Bophela had talks with co-coaches Fadlu Davids and Mandla Ncikazi and elaborated what was said, "I've spoken to the coaches, and they have told me, 'if you work hard, we will give you a chance, but if you don't work hard and think things will just happen, you won't get a chance', so I will just continue working hard an when given a chance I will take it".
It's very considerate of the co-coaches to think of younger talented players at the club, and if more players get chances to break the first team, the club and players could grow and become more successful. Simiso Bophela just need to work hard as the coaches told him and his debut with the first team will not be far off.
Orlando Pirates has good young talents and should make use of them, the sooner these young players get their chances the earlier they get to become great footballers.
