The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has issued a deadline until Sunday to Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca to find a venue for their match against Kaizer Chiefs or risk losing the match by a 2-0 scoreline.
The same deadline applies to Algerian side CR Boulizdad who denied Mamelodi Sundowns entry into the country sighting coronavirus health scare.
The match between Chiefs and Wyday was scheduled to take place last Saturday but however Chiefs were not granted entry visas into Morocco. CAF would also suggest that the match take place on 19 February in Cairo but the South African side would then opt against that date.
CAF has since announced a new date for the fixture which is scheduled to take place on 28 February 2021. However at this stage the match venue is still not been confirmed.
Mamelodi Sundowns were also scheduled to face CR Boulizdad on Tuesday but however their match was cancelled due to the coronavirus health scare.
