Unexpected ||• Former Orlando Pirates defender is in high demand according to his agent.

The former Orlando Pirates defender is in high demand, according to his agent.

Following his departure from Mayfair this week, former Orlando Pirates defender Justice Chabalala is already drawing interest from a number of clubs.

After spending several seasons on loan since joining the team, Chabalala was recently let go by Pirates, who judged him surplus to requirements.

The lanky center-back spent the previous campaign on loan at Sekhukhune United in an effort to persuade Pirates to possibly take him into consideration for the coming campaign.

Nkosinathi Sibisi and Tapelo Xoki's arrival, however, suggests that Pirates are anxious for a squad makeover in order to resurrect the team's former grandeur.

The player's next move will be permanent, according to Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi, Chabalala's agent, and there is already a ton of interest.

After their parting negotiations over Chabalala, Mulovhedzi commended Pirates chairman Dr. Irvin Khoza for his patience.

"It is true that Chabalala and the Pirates parted ways following extensive negotiations with the Pirates management. I want to thank Dr. Irvin Khoza, the chairman of the Pirates, for his patience and for giving us this chance, Mulovhedzi told the Daily Sun.

The 30-year-old is currently looking for a job where he can work permanently. Chabalala is a topic that other groups are interested in.
